The customer service, is not acceptable. I called to speak to the manager 4 times and I did not get a response. There service person came to service our Hydo Quad because we were getting black water from our shower, drinking water and toilet water. The service person advise use to have the Hydro quad do a run for3-4 days in the mean time we have to run the water until it is clear. Doing this we will pay more for water than the coast to fix the hydro Quad.

This product is amazing, have had it for 2 years now and has always been great tasting water. My neighbors came over to check it out because I talked about it so much that they have them under their sinks now too. Love it thanks!
