We’ll sample your tap water and test it right at your kitchen sink.
The water test is free, fun and educational.
We will run 6-8 quick tests on your tap water.
When the test is complete, we’ll share the results with you, discuss what system will address your needs, you will receive a gift card for your time and we will leave options for the future.

  Another fantastic experience.  Slight difficulty with system just over a month after annual service. Brandon returned to assess and replace torn seal.  No charge. Appreciate the continued ongoing support.  Thank you! Appreciate the annual service once again.  Thx Brandon!  Very thorough, no problems with the system.  Looking forward to next time. Another great experience.  Brandon showed up as scheduled to provide annual service/tune up.  Very knowledgeable and efficient.  Like servicing your auto, system ready for another year of service, no complaints.  Thx! Great experience!  Water tested Friday, rep came to discuss next day.  The following Monday, system installed with no prepay.  Technician extremely knowledge and amenable.  The next week, rep came to discuss satisfaction and collect payment.   In the past 10 years I have had UDI taking care of my water filtration system. It’s awesome. We have a well and no smell in our water and it tastes fabulous. When I have any mechanical issues which is few and far between. Marc is my technical guru. He fixes all my stuff. Latrice is my new favorite. She handles all of my scheduling needs. I’ve only called 2 times in the past couple years mainly to set up maintenance but she knows who I am. I’m not just a number and that means a lot. Thanks UDI for a great decade.

“I bought my system almost 30 years ago in Apopka, FL. It is a big investment and worth every penny. When moving to my new home in St. Cloud, FL, I had the system removed and installed at the new house. Everyone from sales, office staff and technicians all represent your company well! I wish I could show people the inside of the incoming city waterline and the outgoing waterline after the softener to see the difference!! The incoming pipe is dirty inside…the outgoing still white as fresh snow. Makes me feel better about my drinking water. No spots on the shower glass. I highly recommend this company. “
