You must be the property owner to get a water test/demo. Sorry, UDI cannot provide service to renters! A basic water test from UDI is free and as easy as scheduling an appointment with a technician online or over the phone. Here’s how it works:

We’ll sample your tap water and test it right at your kitchen sink.
The water test is free, fun and educational.
We will run 6-8 quick tests on your tap water.
When the test is complete, we’ll share the results with you, discuss what system will address your needs, you will receive a gift card for your time and we will leave options for the future.

  I had to pleasure of having Mark Silva The technician UDI Who was very knowledgeable answer every question I had which I had quite a few purge my line did my Have the  did things that you knows I didn’t know what I had to do but he was awesome. I would recommend anybody who has a water filtration system. Please keep it services because it is very important and if you get a very knowledgeable  technician they can impart a lot of knowledge on you. Thank you a lot Mark for your help.

  Had a wonderful experience with both the installer Charles and Shannon that came to our house to describe and show in detail what the product can produce. We are now enjoying cleaner water better for our dry skin. And our dog is drinking more water himself.

  Mark was extremely professional. He answered all questions I had about the system. He showed me how to turn system off if every I suspect a leak. Very helpful.

“I bought my system almost 30 years ago in Apopka, FL. It is a big investment and worth every penny. When moving to my new home in St. Cloud, FL, I had the system removed and installed at the new house. Everyone from sales, office staff and technicians all represent your company well! I wish I could show people the inside of the incoming city waterline and the outgoing waterline after the softener to see the difference!! The incoming pipe is dirty inside…the outgoing still white as fresh snow. Makes me feel better about my drinking water. No spots on the shower glass. I highly recommend this company. “
