We’ll sample your tap water and test it right at your kitchen sink.
The water test is free, fun and educational.
We will run 6-8 quick tests on your tap water.
When the test is complete, we’ll share the results with you, discuss what system will address your needs, you will receive a gift card for your time and we will leave options for the future.

  This 5 star rating is guided primarily by how I was treated by customer relationship manager Latrice. She was amazing and attentive and detail oriented. I have been a customer for over 20 years. I recently required maintenance for my system above the regular yearly maintenance. At that time, I considered purchasing an entirely new and different system so I began to explore the market. UDI was how about to lose me as a customer for sure. BUT Latrice educated me on the new systems that UDI had to offer and sent me relevant information so that I could make an educated decision. She did not pressure me. She just gave me the information and gave me the time.  Once I made my decision, I called to establish an appointment and she got one of installation experts over to me right away. The technician explained the new system to us and made sure that we understood how to utilize it. This installation was very neat. It was much nicer than the previous installation. He also explained related maintenance options available to me. My modernized UDI system is now installed and I am pleased with the water quality.   Herman came out to our home for our annual service and we are so glad that we got someone who genuinely cares about his customers. He kept us updated when he expected to be here so we weren’t left guessing. He took the time to explain what he was doing and checked products that we had not purchased through the company to reassure us that we arent using anything that would hurt the system.   Another fantastic experience.  Slight difficulty with system just over a month after annual service. Brandon returned to assess and replace torn seal.  No charge. Appreciate the continued ongoing support.  Thank you! Appreciate the annual service once again.  Thx Brandon!  Very thorough, no problems with the system.  Looking forward to next time. Another great experience.  Brandon showed up as scheduled to provide annual service/tune up.  Very knowledgeable and efficient.  Like servicing your auto, system ready for another year of service, no complaints.  Thx! Great experience!  Water tested Friday, rep came to discuss next day.  The following Monday, system installed with no prepay.  Technician extremely knowledge and amenable.  The next week, rep came to discuss satisfaction and collect payment. “I bought my system almost 30 years ago in Apopka, FL. It is a big investment and worth every penny. When moving to my new home in St. Cloud, FL, I had the system removed and installed at the new house. Everyone from sales, office staff and technicians all represent your company well! I wish I could show people the inside of the incoming city waterline and the outgoing waterline after the softener to see the difference!! The incoming pipe is dirty inside…the outgoing still white as fresh snow. Makes me feel better about my drinking water. No spots on the shower glass. I highly recommend this company. “
