Product Warranties
This guarantee and warranty only apply to the original owner of the equipment. If you are not the original owner, you are welcome to contact UDI and inquire about having the warranty transferred to your name for a reasonable fee.
Your equipment should provide you with many years of enjoyment with clean and soft water. It is important that you have Reasonable and Necessary Maintenance performed once a year by an authorized UDI service technician who has been trained on your system. If you neglect to have the system maintained annually, that could void the warranty.
