We called different companies, including UDI to test the water at our home and give us a quote. What stood out with UDI was both the quality of their filtration system and the professionalism and friendliness of their sales representative.

I have a PhD in chemical engineering,  so I was already familiar with the processes involved. However, product quality isn’t the only thing that matters, customer service and how people treat you are equally important.

Mayor was very kind and explained the process clearly. We booked the installation, and Benjamin completed it quickly and neatly. A few weeks later, Mayor returned to test the water and make sure everything was working properly. That follow-up care is exactly the kind of service I value.
