Replace your filters regularly

Your Hydro Quad has no filters that need replaced. Your Ultra 6 Drinking Water System filters should be changed once per year. Please see your owners manual for specific instructions.

Thoroughly clean the canisters that house the filters when you change your filters.

Applies only to the Ultra-Micron RO drinking water system.

Lubricate the canister's o-ring with food-grade silicone grease or a comparable lubricant annually

How do I know my filter is working?

The only sure way to test how well a water filter works is to test the water that comes from it. Inexpensive household water test kits are available for purchase at hardware stores and home improvement centers. Your local water utility may also have resources.

Which type of filter is best?

Only filters available from United Distributors Inc are designed and specified as replacements for your Ultra 6 Drinking Water System and your Ultra-Micron Drinking Water System.
